And He's OFF!

Logan has perfected The Crawl over the last 2 days. He started off very slow - checking it out and just chilling taking a few crawl steps here and there. Well this morning we had a wide awakening into the Crawl World. We hosted another playdate today and while I was trying to get ready he was pulling up on the table in the living room - so I moved him into our bedroom with toys since I haven't baby proofed said table. He immediately darted to Sophie's water bowl dumping it over on himself making him cry. Then he went straight for the cords to Daddy's Laptop. OHHHH DEAR.
Austin came over yesterday and we had a fun playdate!

Okay - I had to document this. He has realized he can get out of his big boy chair and crawl around the room. So, during night routine he scooted and fell off the chair and sprawled out like this - soooo stinkin cute!

Then we did this...

Then got back on the pillows...

then decided to come say HI to mom :)

Wow - will he ever be still again - nope! Too many things to discover :)

I had to make this sign so people would stop ringing the darn door bell in the middle of the day waking him up from naps because the crazy chihuahua barks. Who goes door to door anymore? What year is this 1950? I had 3 different people come by last week! No, we don't want to read your magazine. No we don't want to buy the newspaper, and No we don't want to join your church. Seriously!

Another first is we tried gerber banana puffs for the first time as a crawler food. He loves them! But he has trouble with the pincer grasp - hasn't quite gotten that down. He sure tries and Soph loves it because that means he drops most of them

The playdate went great today! Poor Logan is sick again and I think he might have another ear infection. He has pretty much cried all day and wanted me to hold him all day which is so not like him. He also woke up 3 times last night and took bottles which is unusual. He is stuffy,snotty, coughing and pulled on his ears 2 times so I think that is what it is. I think I am gonna take him in tomorrow to check it out. Poor baby!!
